yeah my problem is that when a buddy is a big fan of the opponent, I cannot walk away from the bet. It is a matter of honor ... and stupidity. I try to limit the damage by begging for points (Have you seen the Dolphins play???) or in those rare occasions that Phins are favored, like to today, argue no points (only a p*ssy takes points on their favorite team). Limit the stakes, hope for the best, and drink. So far this season I am poorer, almost hopeless and have suffered quite a few hang overs. Oh well, Screw em, go Phins and pass the tequila.
