Pre-Season Schedule coming out today - Regular Season on 4/16

Regular Prediction: 2 Primetime games, maaaaybe 3. Home vs. New England, Away vs. Pittsburgh seem likely. If there was another I'd guess Colts or Ravens.

Will be interesting who they pick to play the Ravens in the opener since it has to be on the road. Broncos seem like the obvious choice Peyton and a Playoff rematch. Don't think they'd make them go play the road opener against a Division Rival, which they would've played if it was in Baltimore.

Figure the Jets will only get the customary 1 that we got last year (prob Jets-Bills). Though they could make Jets-Pats primetime...just because. I expect the Colts to get a bunch.

Ugh, I hope the Jets get none. Going a full season without watching them would be a blessing.

I personally find watching implosions to be somewhat enjoyable. :shifty:

I would predict 3, 2 Monday and 1 Sunday. The Sunday would be against New England.

Doesn't the NFL ensure that each team gets 1 nationally televised game? I thought that was part of the deal with the Thursday night games.

Yeah, each team will get at least one Thursday night, Sunday night, or Monday night game.

Yes, like last year when they stuck Dolphins-Bills and Colts-Jaguars on TNF.

Some have wondered if they'll put the Ravens opener against Miami. But I'd say there's an 80% chance its Denver.

it's tricky with the preseason games this year, we played atlanta, carolina and tampa the last few years, but this year we will face each team in the regular season

^^^^ This. That game against the Titans last year when they basically were daring the Jets to win and Sanchez kept giving the ball away was great.

Besides the fact that each team gets at least 1, the Jets are in the biggest market. I say they get at least 2, probably in the first half of the season.

But when did we find out about the compensatory pick (166) in the 5th round? and the other one in the 7th round (250)? Thanks to you or anyone else that can answer that question for me. I was expecting 1 compensatory pick, 2 is awesome news! 11 picks! best draft ever. I already have a feast planned with my brother (die hard dolphins fan) and my father (die hard chiefs fan) on draft days. We do it every year, we always take off work. My dad is excited about his team having the number 1 pick, even though his team sucks, lol, but i believe we dolphin fans have more reasons to be excited about this draft!

It is heavily believed in the TV community that Denver @ NYG will be the first Sunday Night Football game of the year, that rules out Denver for the opener.

The other side of the coin is I can't look at the old logo anymore. It is great for kids at like a playful logo for them to enjoy, but not for a manly man like myself. :lol:

It does look pretty awesome. At first i wasn't crazy about the new logo, but its grown on me. It looks like a dolphin in action. It also looks like an immovable lineman that can only go forward. Low man wins!
