People who wish to "steal" players on another teams practice squads have the opportunity to do so. To keep this going quickly and so it will not drag on, I have set a two day limit to being able to steal practice squad players. The format of this will be a silent auction. You may submit one bid on a player (you may submit multiple bids on a different players, but not multiple bids on a single player). Each team will have until Tuesday at 12:01AM ET to submit a bid on a player. You will PM me if you wish to make a bid on a player. I will not be bidding on any players so you shouldn't worry about any type of cheating. On Wednesday at 12:01AM ET, I will announce the winners of each player if they are signed to a 53 man roster. There is no salary limit on these players. So if a team didn't send in their practice squad they can't have one correct? Just asking because I don't want to see any one trying to cheat the system to keep players.
Wait can we add PS players if they get stolen? My roster is set so I wont be stealing any unfortunately. Or can I steal PS players by offering a max PS contract?
I would have to make a cut to do that. I'm at the roster limit max. I guess I could go over it and take a player seeing how I have quite a bit of cap room
Practice squad rosters are frozen so you cannot add PS players if they get stolen. And you cannot steal PS players and then stash them on your PS. If that answers your question.

Lol, I wish I would have spent money on a high priced FA. I was targeting Antoine Bethea but was too late in the bidding and didn't want to go over a certain amount because I had so many holes that I wanted to have money to fill them. In the end, I had a lot of money left over despite adding a lot of players. Plus, I got a safety that I wanted anyways, when I traded for Tenard Jackson.
