What's up fellas?

I figured this forum could use a lil' fun..so for kicks..take a picture of your workout space.

I teach my bootcamps, P90X Live, Insanity Live, and PiYo Live out of my garage here (along with a couple Insanity and PiYo classes at Golds Gym)

the climb can be quite strenuous. Last week I upped to the full 10 pound bag of ice.

I imagine finding your other sandal while on crutches really works on proprioception :)
