To try to undermine Malcolm - who gave his own time and money to create this wonderful site for us - through this thread speaks volumes to the character of PC, and others who feel "slighted" for whatever reason. I'm sorry, but I have zero sympathy for you if you act in this manner. I've been a staff member here and at the other place for almost 6 years and I've never seen anyone called out like this and I've dealt with PC over there as well. Always the same m.o. Mal has my complete and utter loyalty and thanks for everything he does here and behind the scenes. To try to malign his integrity is unforgiveable IMO. Good riddance.

Nah, Mal is the reason I'm here. A few years ago he took a chance on a big mouthed (and even bigger ego'd) smack talker and turned him into a big mouthed (and still completely full of himself) moderator. The respect that he has for all of the people here is amazing. This isn't just a website to him, this is a family and he's gone above and beyond to make sure that it stays that way.

People don't see what the staff does on a daily basis, all they see are inlines, threads moved and pm's in their inbox if they misbehave. But if you could catch a little glimpse of what goes on behind the scenes you would see the blood, sweat and tears that the admin put into this site and the great system that we have in place for moderators to make the right decisions to help keep this place running smoothly. Noone is ever reprimanded for no reason and noone is ever kicked out of a forum or off the site completely unless there is a good reason. To imply otherwise is dishonest and reflects more on the character of the person making those claims than it ever would on Mal and the rest of the staff.

I think we can all agree that we are here for one reason and one reason only, that we are Miami Dolphins fans and we want to be a part of the best site on the net. We have that because of Mal and the rest of the staff.
