When is this available in North America? I don't have a DVR because my cable providor wanted over $800.00 for it when I bought my "non PVR" HD box. The price has dropped a little bit but it is still around $600.00. This would be PERFECT for me.
I am fairly sure someone posted in here or on another site that PlayTV is never coming to the US. I could be wrong though so I'll try to dig up an article. Okay I've found two and it appears because the US doesn't have a terrestrial television system that's what is holding it all up.
