ridiculouswhere is the harm & damage & upon whom was it perpetrated? too many laws serve only to criminalize good citizens
this is one of the reasons NYs crime is so far down from what it used to be. their gun laws are ridiculous. guess you cant argue with success.
these laws are also here to get guns out of the hands of the "dumb and the restless". this time he only shot himself. not saying he would intentionally shoot others but it couldve been alot worse.
