Im sorry to bother, but I have a few pictures of me that I have to alter. The problem is part face and my nose are always red. Anyone have a tip or a link that will help me out. I need to develop these pics and send em out to someone. Thanks for any help!
Your best bet is to make adjustments to the Hue/Saturation, Brightness/Contrast, Color Balance, and/or Color Temperature to get it to look right. If it's just one part of the picture that needs edited (such as a face) then you may want to lasso just the face and make the adjustment only on the affected area. Hope that makes sense - I'm not in front of my computer that has PhotoShop or I could give you more detail.
I have acne problem, but its not pimples. Its just that my face is red. My nose always comes out red in pics, so the rest of the face is "ok". Maybe sometimes I may have something on my forehead that needs to be altered.
You could try the Clone Stamp tool to sample an area and "stamp it" to another part of the pic, that's what photo studios use for retouching. Duplicate your pic, cut out the area that needs to be changed, sample an area on the first copy and then transfer it to the new cut out layer. Then mess around with the different layer blending options (color, screen, overlay, etc) for minor adjustments. Hope that helps
Hey brother, here is a quick example of what the stamp tool can do. I removed the redness from your nose by sampling an area on your cheek, and just for ****s and giggles used the stamp tool to remove the eye of the lady on the left to show what you can do. Play around with the stamp tool, make sure to use a soft brush so that it blends well, and then give it a go.
