Have to agree with OmarK's analysis, he is not patently wrong in anything he noticed and commented upon, though as per usual, opponent's injuries count, ours do not.
Interesting thought to move Hilliard to FB, or at least in a lead blocking role. Can't really comment on it though, I haven't paid much attention to Lou's lead blocking enough to form an opinion really. I'll agree with him though on Channing. Sometimes, just because he's not making tackles all the time, doesn't necessarily mean he's not doing his job out there still. Where I'd love to see more big plays from Crowder though is in pass protection, or in pass rushing situations, although I believe he doesn't get many of those. Not too sure. I don't think he's as bad as people make him out to be though. He's not great, but he's not awful either.
I was not impressed by Hilliard earlier in the season . He just didn't show me any real plusses or positives. Nothing that he added that wasn't mediocre. To his credit , he has played much better on special teams and has shown he may be able to be a FB , at least in a partial role. On the other hand , Polite has come done several steps , and now appears to be a player you want to replace for an upgrade.
