Philbin suspends Incognito indefinitely

I doubt either Kelly or Salguero are going anywhere. I think we've seen 4-5 guys start and get picked up elsewhere in the time period they've been here.

 

I think it's being driven by mom and dad Martin tho. ultimately I think the Martins are using an angry media to drive public opinion in this case...they should be lawyers or something...

 

Omar Kelly, as ignorant as he is at times, at least isn't exploiting Martin's mental health issues like some others.

 

Media Outlets are popping up everywhere...those two idiots will get side jobs. Believe me.

I am not pro or anti Martin or Incognito and would hope life lessons exists for both. But the reality of that locker room, and the trust issues likely to be there, would lead anyone to the conclusion that neither player will likely be back. A shame for all. My issues on this board have had more to do with some of the attitudes about bully behavior. That is a losing battle on this board and I know I am outnumbered. But the reality here is the Dolphins have three starters left and must construct the rest of the line on top of dealing with all this collateral damage. Lots of losers in this situation, including really all of us, fans, team, ownership, etc. No winners here.

 

Yeah, and just think if money/finances were somehow involved...

I would be really interested to see how Ross handles this situation. Does he make broad changes, or does he give a mulligan to the management. The team will struggle enough here from the damage.

 

That was La Canfora drawing a conclusion based on the fact that the state of Massachusetts, not the Hernandez defense team, issued the subpoena.

To me, it's very strange that only Mike Pouncey would be subpoenaed. If they just wanted background info, we'd hear about Maurkice and maybe even Tebow getting subpoenaed. They had a good chance to subpoena Tebow earlier and didn't.

This has to be the biggest sh*tstorm the franchise has experienced since Csonka, Kiick and Warfield left for the USFL. Tops even Ricky quitting.

 

I don't know about that. This is a black eye, but we're losing 2 average/below average players. Ricky was the absolute TOP of his game, in his prime, and just vanished. We had ZT, and JT in their prime and we were ready to go! Playoffs etc.....that was nut crunching.
