I read this, checked out the article Snyder is pissed at… and you know what? Snyder makes Stephen Ross look like George Steinbrenner.

Wow. This guy Snyder is such a douche, I thoroughly enjoyed this one tale involving Mike Nolan:

EDIT: LOL, after I posted this and called Snyder a douche I started to read the comments under the PFT article and saw severl posters use the same term to describe this man, classic.

Yeah RB, Nolan was brought in the same as Haslett to "install the 3-4 in Washington" this after decades of playing the 4-3, needless to say the personnel were a bad fit and it was a miserable season for all involved, Nolan's career was close to being over until Tuna hired him to coach the Jets D in 2000, then he became a Wr coach in Baltimore and wound up the DC in Baltimore with a young core of Adalius Thomas, Ed Reed, and Terrel Suggs.

As for Snyder, Ross came very close to Snyderlike behavior on his Big Adventure this Janaury, what is worse is he also had a "yes" man in Cerrato, a stupid owner and a compliant GM is Franchise Death, they even talked Joe Gibbs back into coaching the team, and they made the playoffs then dismantled the team he built.

Wow an old senial Al Davis is still a 10x better owner than Snyder. I thought he was the worst owner in the NFL, I did not realize he was much worse than I thought he was.
