Darren Rizzi should be gone as well.

    Well....

If Tony stays...as well as Ireland....I REALLY WANT TO see how they are gonna spin the offensive changes needed.....

I cant see Ross keeping Tony if Tony wants to stay the course.....that would be HORRIBLE for business....

We knew Henning would “retire” at least two weeks ago, if not longer.

The big questions are Sparano, Lee, and Rizzi.

Yep, the Staff needs a huge shakeup, the reality is there were to many coaches who just were not doing a good job at developing players or schemes, 5 returns for TD's?

No returns for TD's for us?

We constantly surrendered that 16% every game (FO has D and O as 84% of a victory).

I heard Karl Dorrell mentioned a potential replacement. Somebody Sparano is familar with might be Chudzinski or Chris Palmer who I think coached the Conneticutt UFL team. IDK just a guess.

You tell me what is your marketing strategy for 2011 ? Who do they promote ? Defensive players ? Henne ? LOL, just who ???? (I am asking generically VT not just at you).

Can you say crowds less than 50,000 at home games next year ?

I thought Henning was gone about the 3rd week of the season. His frail, old body was around, but his mind left him.

If it was me...honestly.....given that Ross is a new owner? Id most likely can Ireland and Sparano and start over....but Id first go and get the best GM I could.

If I was going to keep Ireland and Sparano...I would make it CLEAR. I want an entertaining style of offense...and I want enough of a change to get fans excited. Tony isnt a dummy....he can clearly learn from this last season...and if he is willing to let go of the conservative settle for a FG approach....and he showed he had a plan to be more dynamic....had an OC in mind that could support that change...then Id consider keeping him

Henning "retiring" is not good enough for me. I wanted to see his head on a pike in my backyard.

Chris Palmer would be a solid hire, prefer him to Dorrel as Karl D has not really done anything to make me think otherwise.

If the Chargers fire Steve Crosby I'd have him on a plane to miami in 3 seconds with the contract already worked out.

If Sparano goes in there and defends what we did, he can't stay. If he goes in and says they ****ed up, he's gone. He better go in there as even-keeled and open to change as possible.

Am I the only one that read that tweet as Darlington just reiterating what Henning said months ago?
