Having a consistently good performance, week-in-and-week-out, at the quarterback position is something that us Dolphin fans can truly appreciate... as much or more than any other NFL team's fans. Penny's performance this season is something that I personally have not taken for granted, and the ongoing positive development of the offense is all due to what he brings to the most important position on the football field. Every week, we have a chance. Chad isn't the only reason for that... but, he's certainly the main reason. Kudos to Chad Pennington.
Jay Fiedler won this a couple of times throughout his Dolphins career, right? At least once. I'm trying to see whether or not Penny is the first Dolphins QB since Marino to win AFC offensive player of the week.
Chad Pennigton starts for this team next year. With more talent around him he will be even more effective. I think his 2nd half of his career could be even better than the first
I think this is the noteworthy point here. Cramer played well here so far, and was very good vs. San Diego. I think the coaching staff likes what they see in him, given that they've bothered retaining him rather than just getting him off the roster when he got injured.
Jay got player of the week in the Thanksgiving Day Game in Dallas for completing 16 of 20 passes for 239 yards and three touchdowns with no interceptions against Dallas' top-ranked defense of the time.
