"Payment Protection" Credit Card Scam

Believe it or not, I'm an attorney. I'm working on a class-action lawsuit against credit cards who sell "Payment Protection", which I believe is a scam. Payment Protection is a product credit cards sell you where they claim they'll wipe out some, if not all, of your balance if you get hurt and can't work.
