The first what I suspect will be many Pats draft busts to be released this offseason, they basically copied the position they have drafted over the last 3 drafts, over in 2010. http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/football/2008/draft/players/19881.html http://www.nfl.com/combine/profiles/shawn-crable?id=214 Keep an eye on this one, Michigan, same time frame as Jake Long and Chad Henne, Irish and Co know this guy inside and out
Links to the pats drafts over the last 3 seasons, I would go back 4, but the 07 draft only produced one player, Brandon Merriweather: http://www.nepatriotsdraft.com/2009/05/2010-patriots-draft-picks.html http://internet128.com/index.php/2009/04/25/new-england-patriots-2009-draft/ http://internet128.com/index.php/2008/04/26/new-england-patriots-2008-draft/ I'm still puzzling over where Brandon Tate and Taylor Price are going to play with Moss/Welker/Edelman/Holt/Aiken on the roster..
24 players drafted over the last 2 years and they just let a third rounder go from 2008. Man, players for New England must grow resentful of all the turnover. I mean they go through TE's like cigarette lighters. BTW-Check out the scouting reports for the Pats 2009 draft...Most notably Sebastian Vollmer. http://internet128.com/index.php/2009/04/25/new-england-patriots-2009-draft/ "Hey, wicked awesome review Pauly. Do you wanna cruise down to Dunkin' Donuts and see if Shelly's workin'? I'd fawkin' poork heah..."
