Parcells and Taylor chat face-to-face for 90 minutes

ATVZ400New MemberOPParcells and Taylor finally met to hash out their differences, sitting down for about 90 minutes at Grande Oaks Golf Club in Fort Lauderdale, multiple sources have told The Palm Beach Post.
Details of the conversation were not immediately known, but they didn't bridge their differences enough for Taylor to show up today for the start of this weekend's mandatory mini-camp.
Dolphins coach Tony Sparano, when asked whether Taylor's absence was excused, begrudgingly replied, "No." Taylor had said he would miss camp to attend his brother's high school graduation.

well if taylor is missing it for a graduation, we'll see if he shows up at some point during the camp...
hopefully he does. either that or hopefully a trade is in the works.

I dont know, I heard after the graduation ceremony, there was a huge pool & dance party at Tina's house....he could miss the whole camp.

but you have to wonder, if they talked for 90 minutes and didn't bridge the gap between their differences, how can that possibly be good?? what on earth did they talk about? I've made up with girlfriends i broke up with in less time than that. ;)

Thanks for both of those links, very good reads.
As for the rest of it I want Jason here with us and I hope he stays. If he's traded; so be it and I'll move on along with the team. Other than that I'm thru with all of this soap, it's boring to me.
It's like the John Beck versus who ever threads. I like John and hope he wins but at the end of the day I want the best we have in the game. Who ever can't cut bait; I want him colored GONE. I value my friends here more than I care about being right about who the QB is this year. :wink2::hi5:
