I learned a good lesson about reading to much into injuries on teams we will play, for example the Jets are missing 3 starters, and still won our game at home.

However, the Packers, if the lose Barnett, will be seriously depleted on defense:

    -M Burnett..out S
    -Atari Bigby..out S
-John jolly out yr long suspension (a one of their DT's plead guilty for having 150 pain killers and was suspended for a yr, if that is not Jolly then my apologies)

Left Tackle Chad Clifton is also playing on thin ice, he is removed from games at times due to knee issues.

All that said, Rogers/Finley/Driver/Jennings have not went away, however this is a seriously degraded team in GB.

ive been saying to anyone who will listen we will win this game and i dont think it will be that close. green bay has to many holes. poor secondary, poor oline, poor running game and now one of their best LBs gone. This is not the Green Bay from last year. All they have is a QB and WRs. Thats not enough. This is one of the most overrated teams based on perceptions

Way more optimistic than I am Adamp, GB does have a good passrushing Defense and in the modern NFL that is typically enough to shut down the run.

I really want to say I feel bad for them, but we play them next so...

we'll see but I think that's too many holes. The NFL IMO is not about your strngths as much as it is about your weaknesses

Not at home, for example two unanswered drives by GB for TD's and they turn Matthews lose and put Woodson on Beast.

Sheesh, have those guys been eating the low fat cheese up in Green Bay?

    They are dropping like flies.

I agree with you:up:, however, I'm scared to death of Rodgers. I watch all the Packer games and if he gets into a grove, we won't be able to stop them. Rodgers throws a great ball and can put it into spots that I've only seen Marino do. I'm not calling him the next Marino, but Rodgers is going to be the next stud QB in this league.

We can play with them, but we are gonna need to play hard and fast. Even as depleted as they are, if we give Rogers time to throw he will destroy us.

And as much trouble as we have covering TEs, Rogers to Finley may be a big problem.

We can't blow out anybody. We may very well win but it will be close.

Let's see if the Redskins take out 3-4 more Packers and then the Phins might have a chance next week

CB Tramon Williams is having a superb year for them, he has only allowed 2 catches for 10 yards all year

Bares watching, the cart is never a good sign when combined with a leg issue, but then again, it is not always predictive of a large problem.

Finley has a "displaced hamstring", and there is no timetable for his return.
