Thinking about giving it a try but I'm on the fence right now. How does it work with the DVDs? Do you watch them in any order or whatever you feel like doing on that given day?
I received a burned copy of this and I'm thinking of giving it a try, although I'm not sure if I will add it to my regular workout or if I should do this exclusively. Has anyone else used this and what are your opinions?
The workout can't not work. It's like a ridiculously hard workout though. Pull ups and push ups like crazy. But I agree, if you try hard and follow it, it will work

Really brutal workout. The problem is I'm SOOOO busy it's hard to find an hour and a half to dedicate to this every day (some days it's shorter I know, but I'm working 10-12 hour days). Brutal but good. I actually went out and the TO set of Bodylastics resistance bands...really like them. heavy duty and MUCH cheaper than buying dumbells.
