SCall13New MemberOPDon't know if you guys have heard of this, but it's terrific. I have the DVDs (there are 12). With a good diet and staying on this exercise regiment, you WILL get results. If you try it, I hope you have some stamina!

Brown42000New MemberThinking about giving it a try but I'm on the fence right now. How does it work with the DVDs? Do you watch them in any order or whatever you feel like doing on that given day?

The workout can't not work. It's like a ridiculously hard workout though. Pull ups and push ups like crazy.
But I agree, if you try hard and follow it, it will work

daphinsForum VeteranReally brutal workout. The problem is I'm SOOOO busy it's hard to find an hour and a half to dedicate to this every day (some days it's shorter I know, but I'm working 10-12 hour days).
Brutal but good. I actually went out and the TO set of Bodylastics resistance bands...really like them. heavy duty and MUCH cheaper than buying dumbells.
