OVER 120 Minutes (2 FULL Games) without a Offensive TD
14 replies
Just a little fun fact I found. If we don't score before the half it will be over 125 minutes without an offensive TD. The last TD was against the Colts with 5:07 remains in the 2nd Quarter. This is sad and pathetic. How do we supposedly hire an offensive guru and manage such a sh***y offense.
Tannehill has been in this same offensive system for years and seems to be regressing. I am scared to think about him in any other offense.
At this point I would rather see Moore take some chances.
Thank you giovafin for this awesome Sig!
yeah, the offense has just be pathetic haha.

Don't blame Tanny. Blame Long and Martin for having meetings at the QB all game long. ****ing pathetic. Long has got to go.

Personally, I find the offense to be, well, OFFENSIVE!!!

It's called 4 of 5 spots on the OL needing to be replaced. Adding a dynamic WR and replacing the entire secondary besides Jones with people who can make plays.

after spending two # 1's and a # 2 on that OL and now it has to be replaced ?
And people don't understand why many of us want a change before more draft picks are wasted and another free agency period goes by without signings......

um... Why? This could lead to a stimulating conversation about our Dolphins..
Thank you giovafin for this awesome Sig!
Ryan Tannehill looks like Chad Henne. Mike Sherman is turning out to be Dan Henning 2.0. Team is playing scared.
The Dolphins are the softest team in the NFL. Tua hater starting 12/11/22.

Henne could never make that touchdown to Bess
Holland is a huge upgrade over McCain

I will agree that the stench of Sparano still permeates on this team.
many people who watch Texas A&M last 5 years could tell you that Sherman and Tanny are not that good and isnt just my opinion just ask anyone who knows big 12 qbs and Tannyhill was at the bottom of the league for a reason and tonight is a example of why folks around these parts all said that Tannyhill wasnt that good.
but I will back off of him for now and wait until we get some skill players and get the oline worked.

I don't mean to sound like a hater or anything, but one would think you would know how to spell his name by now if you watched him all these years at TAMU... It's TannEhill.

Let's look at the facts...
Tannehill has only played serious QB for 1 and 1/2 years at the college level. I never expected him to play at a high level as a rookie. This is the same kid everyone thought should sit like Aaron Rodgers until he got some NFL development. Honestly? The kid has played pretty ****ing good given the circumstances. He has a terrible offensive line, both run and pass protection. No running game because of ****ty offensive line. And a bunch of average to below average receiving threats.
Does anyone seriously believe Andrew Luck, RGIII, or David Wilson would be having the same success they're currently enjoying if they were Miami Dolphins? If your answer is yes, I don't think you're paying attention to how bad this team really is at all the other various positions. We need to rebuild the offense from the ground up. We need 2 interior lineman, maybe a new T, 1 clear cut dominate #1 WR, maybe a #2 WR (Not a huge fan of Hartline and his one comeback route) and a new era TE. And that's at minimum.
There's no reason to start Matt Moore. Season is over. Let Ryan get as much NFL experience as possible. We'll continue to lose and get high draft picks that we hopefully won't waste... Hopefully.
