OTA sight seeing

besides the obvious stuff, there are 2 things Iam looking for and their both body related.

I wanna see if Chad Henne is transforming his body correctly..he has so much room to improve in that dept..

I wanna see how much a lis franc injury affects Ronnies weight....Iam concerned about that...his bubble can't afford much more weight and still keep any resemblance of speed...he's mysteriously lost a lot of it since his inception into the league..I'am hoping that because he, and the "Black demon black visor" are best of buds, that rick had his *** in the yoga room all offseason eating granola and wheat germ and sh$#...lol

I just watched the practice highlights..

I watched Ronnie catch a little swing pass and turn it up field....didnt know he was runnin like that already...best news for me...

Saw Cognito...looks like a guy in good shape..

Brandon walkin around like a complete happy stud.

Saw Pennington throw a pass..

I'm impressed to see Ronnie Brown going through drills. Clearly not going full speed -- but presence is still important. Looks pretty good.

 

Ive been talking about this a lot lately, why not just let him do what he does better then anyone, rush the QB..remember dumerville's responsibilities in this defense..He wont be droppin much.

Moses starts out at the strong side, where he belongs..he does set the edge well, and he has been ascending in his play, and his body since his arrival, still a young player.

I like that kinda party...Armando says he looks strong....The revolution will continue..I hope we sign the player before the season.

 

Also remember too, Sporano loves playing mind games in OTA, and camp....this could be his way of saying "young buck, if you want to play every down, you have to up your game"....

Why should Bess be forced to lose his number? If it means that much to him that hes not willing to take cash for it then it obviously has a special meaning to him as well. Hell both times JT went to different teams he had to take a different number. If he can then so can Marshall.
