It doesn't really surprise me; Russians excel at two things only: aggression, and vodka. And they learned to make the latter from Poland. What I would like to see is how people in the US would fare answering the same questions. What do you think?
Stoli is my favorite by far. Just their cheapest stuff is better than almost anything else. Absolut is nice; I want to try that tea flavor, it's supposed to be good.
The Russians do three things very well: fill gulags, dominate small neighboring countries, and make vodka.
well, when I was in 8th grade in Mississippi, about half the class actually thought the south had won the civil war, shows the ignorance of the parents. My african-american history teacher found the results very interested. I was flabbergasted.
For the value- Stoli is great but I think Absolut is a bit smoother. If you want the best vodka try Ketel One or Grey Goose. Wouldnt use it as a mixer (too good for that) but on the rocks or occasional shot- great stuff.
That's exactly two more things than Cubans excel at Bah, I'm outnumbered here. I wonder where exactly did they survey? I skimmed over the article and didn't see any particular places named. "Across the country" is a pretty damn broad generalization, especially in a place like Russia. Also, generalizing a country with 140+mill of people by 1600 people is also a bit...drastic, to to say the least. Im sure that there are villages that are so far behind and so damn inbreaded that honestly think so; With that being said, I sincerely doubt they went to any major cities and stopped people on town square, and got 30%. Also....Absolut? Meeeeeeeeehs
