.....they can be glad that the condition on the 2nd round pick traded for Carson Palmer wasn't fulfilled. Otherwise they could be handing Cinci a top 3 pick in the draft. Too bad Mike Brown conceded to that concession. Should have taken the 2nd last year and a 1st this year ;p
