Since the distribution is skewed a bit, it's better to just look at the percentage of games that had 10 or fewer turnovers last year rather than using std's. It turns out to be 91%. So an 11 turnover (or more) game, based on 2014 stats, is expected to occur 9% of the time.

It's definitely NOT normal.
