NCAA 09 is the greatest Football sim I have ever played. I love running the ball is Beanie, trouncing corners and Safetys on way to 60+ yard runs. Ah good times they are.
Im enjoying NCAA 09. I just wish they would hurry up with those patches theyre talking about. I'm really getting sick of the lame punt/kick return coverages. Fix that and im pretty damn happy with it myself. The bit i've seen of Madden in the demo, im pretty pumped for. I wish it was out this week, not next. oh well.
I've played both demos (frickin' gamefly can't get NCAA 09 in stock) and I gotta say based off demos I like NCAA 09 a lot better. Madden just seems like more of the same but I will reserve total judgment until after I play the full games.
NCAA 09 didn't improve much from 08, IMO. I don't like how in Superstar mode, I created a running back, if we're up by 35 points, we still pass the ball A LOT. It's a good game, but nothing to brag about..
Well seeing I never had a NCAA game I'm very impressed. Btw MAdden had that bull**** too, its a solid idea just poor execution.
I didn't create a running back in Madden, though so Also, if it's your first NCAA game, then it's understandable...
Okay NEVER ****ING MIND. This game falls short just like every other ****ing EA game. So I beat Oklahoma in the National title game 47-42 and proceed to the off-season. I start off by finishing the recruiting then I see who is leaving. Now this might possibly be the stupidest **** I have ever seen. JL, Jenkins, Boone, Freeman, ECT all op not to enter the draft HOW bull**** is THAT! my god Ea way to drop the ball on that. I'm not even sure how you get Draft classes but that was the stupidest **** I ever seen. Wow Totally take back what I said. Other than gameplay it blows HARD. ****ing EA needs to start making great games and not half asses ones. Also the review system blows ***.
Seniors say they are graduating instead of enter the draft because they aren't leaving early. If you export your draft class all those seniors will be in it. No worries
Oh thank god. Scared me but I had a RG who was a senior and said draft.... Where do you save a draft class?
i believe you do it on that screen...i think when you hit start to move on there is a pop up and it says "export draft class?"
It's fun, but overloaded with flaws. The AI is still ridiculous. I can't count how many times I've seen the CPU run out of bounds with a ton of open space. Then of course you have zero pass interference calls, and more personal foul / face mask calls than holding or false start / offsides. That's just dumb. The game is also incredibly easy even on heisman if you know how to utilize the short passing game.
And the recruiting is dragged out and annoying, IMO. I mean, I wanted it to be in depth, but wow. I find myself simulating weeks and losing recruits.....oh well, the game play is easy as hell anyway.
The human sliders make it a lot harder. I play in an online dynasty where the cpu is pretty insane (because user settings make it so hard). It is a lot more realistic.
Btw I fixed my problem Stitches I just hope no duplicates in my Madden drafts. I run into some problems if I'm playing teams with a similar rating. I'm glad I convinced Beanie to come back for his senior year. Him and Mister Pryor are tearing it up. I had a scare though Week 2 of my second year Beat Georgia Tech in OT 24-28, I missed a 20 yard field goal in regulation effing thing was zoomed in to the MAX.
you know when you start a new profile on your 360 you get a free month of gold, or 2 free months(dont remember which)
