I don't believe it has been said we have made him a serious/solid offer in the first place, don't jump the gun we have reached out to him and shown interest, i'm pretty sure that is the extent of it, no hard numbers yet. Flynn would be nuts to sign immediately with anyone but Miami before the Manning contest is over. Him and his agent know that, he's just touring other options at the moment. His value would jump after it. I also am sure once it's all said and done he would feel the most comfortable being a dolphin, with obvious reason, and getting a pretty much guaranteed starting spot. m2c fwiw
