Just wanted to see what some of you think about the game Saturday night. Do you think it will be a close game? Predictions? I actually think it will be a good game and Im not as confident as most Trojan fans I know. I think USC will win the game but it will be close. 34-28 Good Guys. FIGHT ON!
I'm a buckeyes fan who's ready for the game, should be a good one, I'm concerned about boeckman he hasn't been as sharp as he was at the beginning of last year. I think the buckeyes had a huge case of looking ahead last week, which no teams shouldn't do but you have to remember these are still kids playing.

I root for any Pac 10 team against other conferences. It makes us look stronger when we win. The Pac 10 doesn't get very much respect.
Yea, that's true. Though we have gotten a few teams in the top 25 as of late. I'm hoping the U$C-Ohio State game is a fun one though. The few times I've been to $C games, they've been pretty enjoyable.
I'm not sure what to say on the outcome to be honest. I like Boeckman at the QB spot. He's not the greatest thing ever but he's pretty good. Chris Wells is back and they're a different team with him. USC is loaded again and confident after Sanchez's good play. An X-factor for me is Terrelle Pryor. An absolute incredible talent. Watched him before he came to OSU and man he's good. He can cause problems for USC.

Really? I don't think any of the Buckeye fans here are even a fan of him. I think I'm gonna have to root for whoever has a better chance to drop a game later on.
Boeckman crumbles when it counts That'd be the Buckeyes I see a Loss vs Penn St or Illinois. So you can root for the Buckeyes now Buckeyes win 14-6, yup thats my prediction from 2 weeks ago. We do better against pro style offenses.
If its low scoring than OSU has a serious chance to win the game however if it gets to scoring points USC will kill them. As it gets closer to Sat. I am liking the Buckeye's more and more. I am very much on the ropes.
Why we have better offensive playmakers than USC. Beanie Wells will be the difference maker if he has no trouble running on this team then I expect Ohio St to control the game.

Alright now your just being a homer and its sad. You don't have more playmakers than USC and there defense is more than capable of shutting down Beanie. How did those playmakers do v.s. Ohio?
We'll see how the the big slow lumbering Buckeyes do against the USC Trojans that their whole team is loaded with talent and the Buckeyes just have so-so players. Judging by everyones perspective of Ohio St we should get our *** kicked week in and week out, I would not be surprised if USC won by 100 points.
SC hasnt played in 2 weeks, So that equals 2 weeks to prepare for your team Im pretty positive Pete isnt only using 2008 games film.
Did you not read what I wrote? How can you use week 2 game footage when their best player wasn't palying and they hardly opened up the play book? I don't even know how you can put a gameplan together when they played YTS and Ohio.
OSU is a good team, top 10. A few teams are just elite; I think USC is one of those elite teams. Put that elite team at home, in a building they rarely lose in, and I just dont see them losing. It isnt about OSU being a bad team, it's about how good some of us think USC is.
How can you prepare for their games this season when their against cup cakes? You honestly think JT is going to bring out the big guns vs those teams? You think he was going to show Pryor true skill set in those games? If USC uses the first 2 games to prepare their in for a real treat.
They will use your games from last year, and the year before that and on and on. They have the same system and players, minus Pryor. Your base offense isnt a surprise though, there is film out there...
The only difference is Beanie was injured alst year and was a back up to Antonio Smith. I'm thinking a big game for Beanie somewhere between 170+ to max of 210 yards. only way that doesn't happen if A we play from behind or B they injure Beanie.
With that in a nutshell....... Im so pumped for this game but from a logical standpoint its not gonna be easy going on the road vs. the #1 team in the country with a stacked defense and expect to win DESPITE our Qb. Now if Todd Boeckman wants to prove me wrong now is the time, but despite a win vs Penn State last year when has he ever played well in a big setting?? I was hoping he would improve but I have more reason to believe he has not then he has. Sadly IMO the games outcome falls squarely on Boeckman, if he plays well I think we win if he plays like he has the last 8 games he has suited up were in for another national debacle... So whats it gonna be Todd?
We only lose if Boeckman crumbles like he always does in big games. I swear he better not do those floating deep balls with effing Taylor Mays back there.
