I dunno. I expected so much more for this season, and I feel like I'm being let down. I'm not interested at all in any of these guys. I've found myself in recent weeks fast forwarding through the show just to get to the fights. And even a couple of those I fast forwarded through to get it over with.

I thought for sure that CB guy was gonna get caught in a submission. He's a bit too full of himself. (Besides they did look gay together with their matching sunglasses.)

I can't wait to see him fight that guy though.

Amir and Matt Brown should be a slugfest.

So who's ordering tonight? I think I'm taking a pass. i'll follow the pbp on sherdgog.com, and play gta4 instead.

Id be surprised if Tito wins tonight.

and to firesole: i like this season. some interesting guys, and some promising fighters. and with rampage, the humor and interesting factor is better than ever. im happy with the show thus far.

and i cant stand that douche who looks like tony romo. glad he got whipped up on. amir's prediction for that fight was "Matt Brown by murder." lol. matt and amir IS gonna be sick, i think it was mo who brought that up earlier. expect some slugging away, and some good defense. and cb is gonna take his QF opponent apart. he's head and shoulders above him as a superior fighter.

I'm ordering. I think this will be a fantastic PPV. I have Sherk, Machida and Silva for the "mains".

i like penn and jardine. i want silva to win, but think the oger has mucho size on him, and silva is gettin a bit old. he's been fighting for a long long time. sherk fight is a tough call, im hoping penn shows up in shape, otherwise, he will be in trouble.

and here's to lyoto showing tito and his porn star lover the door.

I wanted to order but since they updated my Directv receiver I can't order without a phone line. Oh well.

Penn is one of my favorite fighters and I've always liked Tito and Wanderlei.

    I'm following along online.

wow, id like to see silva dismantle jardine...ogre probably came out with his limp goofy hands up too high wobbly wrist stance, threw a lazy kick and got blasted and destroyed. think he'd learn after the houston alexander embarrassement.

not really, it was a boxer match, with a flying knee to end it. the only good technical match was Relicic beating Goviea. Silva killed Jardine, Ortiz folded under Machida, BJ V Sherk was a non-starter. Decent PPV overall but somewhat dissappointed, except they showed all fights.

I disagree. BJ absolutely took it to him the whole fight. Sherk's face looked like hell after round 1. He ate so many jabs. It reminded me of the Jens Pulver/BJ Penn fight. BJ just kept knocking away and finally got that knee to the head and it was all over.

Oh I agree, BJ dominated completely. The stand-up was a little unexpected. I called it that due to the sheer dominance displayed by BJ., meaning there was nothing to discuss.

If they let Randy walk away so easily, then Tito is as good as gone my friend. As a fighter, he's over. He should concentrate on Jenna's porn site and running a training camp. His days as a boring fighter are over.

Kind of ironic that you mention that after that fight the other night. Machida ran away from him the whole fight up until that one knee.

Actually he didn't say that at/after the fight. He had said that a couple days before the fight but after the fight he left the door open to return. He said he hadn't made a decision yet.

absolutley....he looked like a GIANT P***Y !!! He was running the whole fight, tito was the agressor....

im sure it was dana tellin machida "make this fight boring, throw in some punches then back away, dont get ko'ed or tapped and you'll win the decision, ill make it happen"

Please don't start with the Dana stuff. Both of the guys have been going at each other for a few years. As for the boring stuff, that is what machida is. It's boring as hell but effective. If Tito wanted to win the fight he should've went for the shot more often, hell just once, instead of waiting for a knee to the liver drop him and then almost submit the guy. That was a beautiful transition though, I must say.

I didn't look at that fight that way at all. I thought Machida fought a very smart fight. He was very tactical in his style, throwing the leg kicks, escaping every time Tito went for the take down. Every time he got an opportunity he got in a few hits and escaped. Did you see Tito's face after round 2? He was *****ing that Machida was running the whole time, but how on earth was Tito's eyelid busted open if Machida was only running? He was perfecting the art of the "stick and move" IMO. It was a unanimous decision, and if Tito had any stand up at all (like he always claims he has) he could have had a chance to win.

I think that gameplan worked flawlessly versus Tito, but I'm sure he would never use that plan going into a fight with Forrest, Liddell, or Wanderlai Silva.

I think that gameplan would have a small chance against Silva and Griffin. I would be very interested to see how it would play against Liddell. I wonder if Chuck would end up being frustrated, ala the Jardine fight, or if he would actually fight like he can and counter the counter.

Machida fights everyone like that. Its boring and makes it look like he's avoiding his opponent but its obviously effective. I mean he is undefeated and the list of his opponents is almost like an all star lineup.

Pretty good fight last night on TUF between Amir and Matt Brown. Amir is an amazing chin. The other fight was a snoozer, Dante was pathetic again. Looking forward to the CB fight.

Gotta agree. Dante was pathetic. And I really wanted that Jesse guy to get his *** kicked. For some reason that guy gets on my nerves, and I'm not even living in the house with him! He just seems like a total tool. Unfortunately I don't know if there is anyone in the house that could stop him from taking them down and controlling the fight. Not that he would necessarily ground and pound anyone, but he sure has controlled the 2 fights he's been in.

Forrest Griffin actually. Would have beat Rashad Evans too if he hadn't grabbed the fence.

But no he hasn't done to well as of late. Should be interesting to see if he can turn things around.

Well I always thought Forrest got robbed in that fight. But then one could argue that the fight should have gotten stopped in the first round.
