I think it has to be Morris. The kid has an NFL arm and NFL accuracy in my opinion. He deserves at least a chance to win the job, he's made some ridiculous throws and at this point gives us a better chance to win than Jacory. He needs experience though.

What a game last night though. So proud of our team for the first time since we beat the Sooners. Except this time I feel like we won because we are on the way, not because of playing a backup QB.

 

He's an even worse decision maker than Jacory, if you can believe that... I don't think it will be close between Williams and Morris. Dewey, if he stays committed, has a real good chance though. I've seen some of his tape for this year, and he's ready to start day one. Extremely accurate, near perfect mechanics, very good decision maker. Can really tell he's been coached by Detmer.

 

Was this our first win vs a ranked opponent in how long?

I thought I spotted Lamar Miller there for a second. But I'm afraid he was walking at normal speed so it could have just been another blurred object.

Jacory is what he is and that isn't changing. But until he loses, he will get starts, which I can't really complain about.

I was way more impressed with Morris's arm strength and his ability to convert on 3rd down against Maryland.

 

I don't care who starts at this point. Both QB's are hot garbage and this team is going nowhere until we get a real QB here from outside of the state.
