I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure that I read somewhere that Onyx is putting out a new album.

So is EPMD and Red/Meth, who are also very underrated.

 

yeah eric sermon is a rap god. I would like to see the original def squad on epmds album if true. YOu ever heard pmds solo album? He loops a line from slam on it, its bad ***.

 

Never heard PMDs album.

I remember seeing a tracklist for the new album and I know Red and Keith Murray were on there at least once.

Keith Murray is also very underrated.

 

yup def squad is a good group. Keith murray usually kills most of their songs. The new def squad isn't bad either with cy scott...

 

I still listen to Mobb Deep's first three albums on a regular basis.

And yes, Onyx is underrated as hell. Sticky was that dude in his day.

 

Also, this is a MUST WATCH video. It's DMX going off on the industry back in 2004. Although he's speaking the truth, it's probably the funniest hip hop related video I've ever seen in my life.

As big of a DMX fan as I was growing up, I'm surprised I've never seen that.

 

Huge fan of DMX as well. That's a funny video lol.

 

After a few more listens, Theather of the Mind has startd to grow on me a little more. Its a decent album, but theres to many songs that i have to skip over for it to be considered a good album
