You cant overturn this, you CANT see the ball. For alll anyone knows he could have not gained possession until his knee came up. There is absolutely NO SHOT of the ball.

It doesnt matter if he was actually down. There is no way to see that on the replay. There is no way that is sufficient evidence even if it was the right call.
