No instant pressures, made a huge difference.

Hats off to the OL this week

Relax... they still gave up 4 sacks......You know your O line situation is horrific when 'only' 4 sacks is "great".

Meh, one was THill running out of bounds, the other DTrain not reading the outside blitzer

No bad snaps, no guys shooting gaps, just solid play

Outside of McKinnie I bet other fans could not name a starter today. Only one bad sack and that was before the half. We all expected Tannehill to die today.

didnt get a chance to watch it, but congrats to everyone on the win, even if it wasnt pretty. reading some of the comments makes me think we still are horribly coached though.

Good win. Love it. Worst oline in history, and we looked pretty good, Tannehill had a solid game besides pick and Wallace underthrow......Gotta love Clay! Long season ahead of us!!!

They played okay but it's not just the sacks...they were poor at blocking for the back field passes and the run.

IIRC... McKinnie did give up a sack today, but he's made a huge difference on this OL I think.

The one with Weddle was Tannehill not making adjustments at the line. McKinnie and Brenner doubled a guy.

We are the Champions... of Mediocre.. But no, nice win, nice effort. Win the battle up front and you win the game. I think we actually did a pretty nice job up front today on both sides. Chargers d line was offsides what 3 or 4 times today? Second half, not including that long run by Mathews, we actually did a decent job of stopping the run. Tannehill was decent. Good confidence in him to win the game at the end by Sherman throwing it from the shadow of your own goal line. Was really nice to have SD use two out of three timeouts on defense. True, he should have slid in bounds to stop the clock but it's really minor there at the end. The clock is going to stop at the 2 minute warning. It's going to stop with the exchange of possessions. A little blessing that our punt coverage team waited till after the 2 minute warning to make that tackle. :shifty:

Sure glad Rivers threw the ball on the last play of the game at Grimes and not Carroll. That is how you high point the ball. Now I can wear my Dolphins gear while I'm on vacation there next week. (I would have wore it anyway)...

We averaged over 5 ypc. How is that poor? We just came off a game averaging 5 inches a carry.

That is more to the credit of DT and LM than to the o-line...and you know it...

Same room or is one wrong?

Big props to the defense. Took a lot of **** and held one of the better offenses and QBs in the league to only 16 points.

Saw some things from Dio, he is quicker then Kraken, just not as powerful yet.

His first step is a blur Deej, seriously, like a jab from Ali in his prime.

Saw him drop from DE to MLB...Rivers took a timeout

Dude is just a Beast...not Kraken level of Beast...yet..anyone who can't see what he has out on the field does not know a damn thing about football

We just need to see more of that , he needs to be on the field more , I don't care if it is him , the coaching staff or whomever , that has to happen imo.

So Coyle?! Need him on the field always. Any defensive coordinator with half a brain would be erect having someone like Jordan at their disposal.

Daniel Thomas had a great game too. Ran his *** off AND made that big special teams tackle going into that last drive.

I think Wake deserves some praise here, at least moreso than the o-line. He again delivered plays when they were needed, this guy is on the HOF track....He is the fireman of this team, no question.
