I think that was a pass to be honest. His arm was moving forward albeit not by much. The next question is did the ball actually move towards the LOS. I'd hate to be that official upstairs.

Maybe after watching Garner play at left tackle he figured that Columbo may not be so bad afterall. Garner's performance at tackle in that game certainly makes Columbo look better.
Neither is 50 plus sacks allowed, at this rate they pass the 1969 squad for the most sacks allowed. Think, just maybe, that has something to do with it? They pass protect as badly as an expansion offensive line.
Hey we're Dolphins fans; we've seen much worse play at tackle than what Columbo has put out there this season, remember some of the guys we trotted out there at left tackle during the previous ten years before we acquired Jake Long?
