I agree. And I 'd even take it a step further.
If someone like Barkley is available at 11 I'd hope that the Dolphins pick him up. I believe in RT. I think he will be what the Dolphins need next season. I think he was what they needed last season until he was hurt. However, grabbing a great QB now would only help this team.
oh no it helped, but to not give moore credit is a shame, if we go 8-1 and lose the remaining games do we make the playoffs? no, so in terms both guys had a hand in the final playoff spot not just RT.
You underestimate how good that team was.
I have a feeling Mayfield is going to fall, I think rosen Jackson allen and darnell all go ahead of him and looking at the top 10 picks we might get lucky.
I would really like us to get a solid LB who can cover TE if Mayfield isn't there.
I just don’t see anything in Barkley I like.
But as a guy in talks of being the number 1 pick, if he is there at 11 then certainly not a horrible idea to draft him to sit for a year and learn.
Baker. Damn auotcorrect
I can get onboard with that
I was confused because you said QB but then mentioned a RB and my dumb *** didn't even consider you meant Mayfield.
I previously wrote an email to the 'Pro Football Doc', Dr. David Chao, asking his opinion on the likely status of Tannehill's knee, especially considering the second, preseason, injury, and the fact some are saying this indicates that he is now injury prone.
Here's his response:
"Tannenhill should be fine. Barring further damage, this should be like a first time ACL and fine for 2018."
So that's good to hear. Hopefully that's how this plays out.
That's awesome! Nice use of resources!
Finished charting Tannehill's 2012 season and there is one eye-popping outlier (as was expected).
On play action, he threw the ball 76 times. 6 were throw-aways. Of the 70 targeted throws, 62 of them were deemed catchable (caught or dropped).
89% accuracy on play-action.
But keep telling me about all the things he CANNOT do. Good coaches find ways to play to a guy's strengths.
So, naturally, in 2013, we decreased the amount of play-action we ran.
Pics of 62 catchable passes or GTFO!!!!
I’m joking, nice work youngster.
