yeah i think that third is fairly minor in the deal... SD is giving you a fourth in their trade you could send that fourth plus a fifth to Pitt instead of a a third... lots of different ways this could be rectifiied.

well i cant pretend its real, since i dont have the same options in real life.

for instance pitt doesnt trade big ben period or 90% of the trades that were made , go kid yourself otherwise. I cant renegotiate deals, I cant restructure deals. I either eat the cap hit or take what I can get, what I got was better than cutting which was what I was gonna do with Scott. The deal was a comp, he coming up on scott me coming down on sanchez.

Basically if people were locked into deals and couldnt back out once they tell its a done deal, then no issues, then no problems. But when people make a deal then back out after you have made other deals based on all your deals then you recoup the best you can or back out on all your other deals.

So while you dont like the deal, it is part of teh bigger picture for me since I am utilizing the options I have to get done what I want to get done. In the end it is what your team looks like at the end correct?

if you didnt like the first one you'll love this one

Jets trade Alan faneca to the Ravens for a 5th rd pick and save another 7 mil in cap space which allows the Pets to keep D Woody and his 5.6 mil while freeing up cap space to allow teh Pets to be active in FA with a current cap number of 42.5 mil.

I hear ya bro. My cap was in a similar position and I had to take less then market value for a few players. I think you did alright with those deals.

I can't fault him whatsoever, I was the Jets last year. Take this years cap and add 12 Million on top of it for Favre. Talk about fun...

The best thing about all of this?
The real Jests fans don't realize that they are up to their eyeballs in Salary Crap, they have some very key components about to be FA's and they have a very limited draft :hi5:
Oh yeah, and Rex Ryan is SUPER Fat

Shhhh! Don't remind them until August when its too late and they are stuck with Tim Tebow as their first round pick.
