Certainly want the story to be good, but is it too much to ask for a little eye-candy? I mean Katie Holmes and the middle aged librarian weren't much to look at. Now Catwoman or Talia Al'Ghul...
The whole "not many good 3rd movies" part scares me. Sounds like he doesn't want to make a "The Godfather Part 3" or even a "Return of the Jedi". Though its nice to hear, at least for now, that he is or will be focused on the story. I think we can safely assume that if he does do a 3rd movie he will try to build off TDK and make sure there is a compelling story to tell.
Guys, I thought of this, and wouldn't this be the best part 3? Johnny Depp as the Riddler? He can act the part to a tee, a dark, sinister, yet humorous riddler. Only Johnny Depp can pull that off.
