Wooohooooo!! 3 hours till I head out to West Palm Beach. Haven't been to an outdoor concert in a very long time. JA should rock and NIN is well, NIN.. No mosh pit for these old bones, but I am going to be screaming.. Anyone else going to this show?
Wouldn't mind seeing NIN once again, I was 19-20 last time I saw them. I'd pass on JA however, not a fan.
NIN is an awesome band. I remember the first time I seen the head like a hole vid, I was like man, thats what I want to be like when I grow up. I wouldn't mind seeing them either.
not a big fan of nin.how many albums can one make of remixed songs over and over.i attempted to see janes several times yrs ago but always got there late because of a girl.i still wouldn't mind seeing them but the ticket pricess are crazy now. i did however see porno for pyros but it wasn't the same. still should be one heck of a show.
NIN suck. Mainly when trent tries to sing. Or scream, however you want to look at it. He's either whining or screaming. The instrumental stuff is great. I don't like Janes Addiction either. But I hope you had fun.
I've seen NIN 4 times and Trent has never sounded as good as he did last night. His voice live was almost CD quality.... The only beef I had with them is that they mainly played new stuff and left out 90% of the classics.
atleast it was "new"stuff(was it new stuff or yet more remixes of old stuff?). how long has it been since janes put out anything new? 10 yrs? oh there was that one cd for the swat soundtrack but i don't really count that.
nin have actually put out a few pretty good albums since The Downward Spiral. I don't necessarily like the remixes either, but it's interesting to hear the different directions for each song, as well as collaborations with other folks. But With Teeth, Year Zero and The Slip are all quality albums. Ghost isn't bad either.
I don't mind a few songs on the Fragile but that's about it. I like the perfect drug a lot too. But the majority of his stuff.. ehh.

NIN is sick.. When I was young and very angry I listened to NIN a lot. Janes was out of control though.. Nothing like good rock from the early 90's, with a voice that is unique and high energy.. Great show.. You should try to get tickets, I think they are going to Tampa next.
