I'm looking forward to seeing the Dolphins cheerleaders. Last year was great when it rained during 2 of the games. Turned out to be crap games, but the wet cheerleaders were awesome!!!
If we are true to form, the focus will now be on the Oline and running game bouncing back. So our boys will be well prepared, planned, practiced and motivated to execute on the ground. But usually that means slippage in another area that has not been focused on. I really think that to have a chance at a 9-7 season this year, the ST's will have to be above average for us. The defense looks like it will be good, the offense looks like it will be inconsistent. ST's will be the difference in winning or losing those extra 2 games to be 9-7 rather than 7-9. As such, my focus this week is on seeing if Livas is the real deal (can he produce another big return) or can Gates step up on KR. Also, want to see solid coverage and Carpenter must start to show his usual consistency again.
Tony's done a little game planning for this one. So we should at least see some flashes from the first team.
I think Tony said something about playing the starters long enough to where it looks like they accomplished something positive. Words to that effect.
I seem to recall a presser earlier this week where he said he had a gameplan for Carolina. Maybe I read it, but I'm sure he said it.
