For the most part Manning just can't make the throws that Thomas is most effective on. Of course he is playing poorly on his own as well, he could contribute more in the short passing game.
LOL @ Cam Newton running away from the fumble pile. Not a fan of Newton personally, and I've always been a fan of dual threat QB's. Just strikes me as a cry baby when things dont go his way and Im happy to see him lose.
Peyton Manning is all class. Could have upstaged the Super Bowl with a retirement announcement, knew the game and Super Bowl victory is bigger than that.
my 3 bets cashed... had Denver ml, Denver +5, and Denver over 19.5... good after taking a beating betting on OKC yesterday..
20 years ago, attending my second ever college football game as a student, the Tennessee Vols quarterbacked by Peyton Manning beat the visiting Georgia Bulldogs. I'm glad to have gotten the chance to continue to watch the man play all of these years, and I'm happy to see him go out on top. The Georgia QB that night was future Steeler WR Hines Ward, who I also always rooted for and was happy to see him win with Pittsburgh.
Disney World tried to get Von Miller to say the usual "im going to Disney World!" For a commercial. Instead Von says "**** Disney World im going to the strip joint" "im going to all of them got a bunch of bills for a ton of women"
I wonder, if Peyton retires will Elway explore a Drew Brees trade. That team is super bowl caliber next year but they desperately need a quarterback and it cant be Osweiller..
Why not? He out played Manning this year and the organization loves him. Granted I wanted to draft him for ourselves in the second round instead of taking Tannehill (who I still like).
Well, he sure did let it be known what kind of beer he was going to drink... twice. Must be getting some comp big horses.
It's funny you say that because, Budweiser did not have a single commercial all game, they usually do. And then Peyton gave them a free advertisement. edit: actually they did have one commercial.
Old stuff, but I was browsing another forum and ran across a post detailing Talib's jump on Carolina's missed field goal. I'm just wondering if this is an objective interpretation of the rules as I've always considered this to be perfect timing off the start of the snap, not an infraction.
