Well its a start...but its a national game, so every home gets it..... I want them to offer streaming of out of market games so I can watch the Fins via the Web every week.
Good news and I dont understand why this isnt done with more sporting events. I am watching a streaming nascar race as we speak.
Because the local channels that carry the games raise hell; they lose viewers and therefore lose advertising revenue.
That is what I want too, but I doubt it would happen unless those tv channels paid enough to get the NFL away from DirectTV.
The smarter idea would be to stream the NFL Network games on the web since so few people actually have that channel compared to NBC, ESPN, FOX, and CBS.
Well, MLB figured it out with MLB.TV and MOSAIC is the bomb. I pay just over $100 for the whole season package and can watch 6 games at one time (sound for only one at a time), and every out of town market I want. NFL owners, and local channels, should wake up and smell the power of the internet!
But why? The MLB has solved this...they still offer their MLB package for Satellite/Cable deals, and they have solved and leveraged the internet too with MLB.TV.
