That's an interesting development. They just like Damian Williams better for this offense than Rishard Matthews. That should not be shocking but I suppose it's still a bit of a surprise.

 

If we stay with 6 wr, they should both make the squad, right?

I dunno. Rishard not exactly lit anything up though he does have talent. He was drafted because he was good at some things that fit in the old Mike Sherman offense. Maybe he's just not a good fit for this offense.

I'd keep an open mind there...even though I do like him.

Yes. Although I think you can always use a guy like him that catches the ball well and runs routes so precisely.

 

Eagles released QB G.J. Kinne which I suppose means Matt Barkley makes it onto the roster again.

The Dolphins should have interest in Kinne too depending on what other QBs get cut, but based on some things Kinne said about when Lazor was there I doubt Lazor will be in a huff to get Hickey to claim Kinne.

I don't think it's so much the idea that Rishard Matthews is untouchable as much as it so easy to believe it has a lot to do with Joe Philbin not liking his personality or practice habits rather than it is a function of talent or production.

 

Not all beer , try Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier , my personal all time favourite beer. German beer at that and definitely better cold. But some people just don't like beer, others , well ...we love great beers
