News article: "Dolphins to re-emphasize running game"

I wondered about that pic too. It is apparently a sign in the Bills stadium, but I do not understand the significance.

 

I think its offhandedly implying that the jills are gay, but I still don't know what the Q is for. It can't be Queer, can it?

In no way am I supporting any denigration of gay people, key word people. So don't go there, I just have an inquiring mind.

To have to re- emphasize a running game after week 4 is just another hit on its offensive cordinator, and he's gonna take it, and accept it {the hit that is}....If he would of run the ball when he was supposed to run the ball, we wouldn't be having this ridiculous conversation.
