Yeah... So I am sitting here eating one after finally deciding to try it since its 'new' and uh...it totally BLOWS... Didn't think I would ever say that about a chicken sandwich but this thing is just horrible. The pickles just make it worse...
I bought one of those for my GF the other day (the nice guy that I am) and she wouldnt touch it. She said it looked horrible...***** I think they were trying to rip off the Chik-Fil-A sandwich but were unsuccessful from the looks of things.
It's McDonalds dude....... I mean what did you honestly expect from them? McD's and BK are low quality fast food joints. You go in knowing that don't you? Start a thread IF and WHEN they ever come up with something quality.
Chik-fil-a was in fact the target and yes they will fail miserably. You can't go into a gun fight with a knife and the quality of McD's food is like going into a gun fight with a spork.
I love how they're marketing this "chicken for breakfast" like they thought of it. Anyone who's lived in the South for 5 minutes has enjoyed Chic-fii-A. It just makes them look very desparate with a cheap knock off. Next they'll market a Dari King.
Chick-Fil-A is the real deal. Mickie D's can put out whatever kinda sandwich they want, and it won't touch theirs. by the way Chick Fil A's chocolate milkshake is better than any other fast food shake too.
Or a Roast Beef sandwhich ala Arby's. Or a choice of sides instead of just fries ala Wendy's. Or spicy fries ala Checkers. Or subs ala Arby's, Miami Subs, Subway, Quiznos. or rootbeer floats ala A&W. Or a drive-in setting ala Sonics's.... MAKE IT STOP!!!!!
Not technically..... McDonalds invented the "pressed red X" made from the throw away parts discarded producing Prime Red X's. Why break the franchises signature pattern?
You forgot pizza. Some Mickey D's have that as well. Its sad but they have become the Wal-Mart of fast food. I just cant stop eating there because of those God Damn subliminal messages they stuck in between my Sat. Morning cartoons...
Popularity does not always equate to the thing that is popular being anything of quality. One can certainly point out a low quality product simply to call out that lack of quality. If you wan't to use the argument that it's being done to "diss" something popular that's your perogative.
Their McChickens make me sick for some reason, even more than the greaseball of a sandwich Double QP.
