I made this for fun. I tried to ignore the traditional logo altogether and build something new. What do you think?

Nice job, but I'm not a fan of changing the logo. If we were thinking about updating it, maybe just tweak it a bit, but not a complete overhaul.
If you draw that swimming toward an egg, I think it can produce something, but a new logo probably wont be it! If a football team was ever called the Tadpoles I think this is a winner!
its not f*king done yet!!! its supposed to look like a tadpole in this stage, duh!!! it will ooze of dolphin greatness somewhere around stage 5 or 6.

Maybe you are on to something...like the famous image of man from crawling to walking erect....a new logo that starts at tadpole and matures to a fire breathing, club weilding, killer Dolphin! Yeah, thats the ticket.

Nah, not suckville. Gish definitely deserves credit for trying something new, but the Miami fans are extremely reluctant for change whenever someone mentions the logo or jerseys. I think creating a new logo is a losing battle.
