That'll be a good thing until the season starts, in which case they need to be on their game. The Jets will have a good defense and they'll need to be ready for blitzes from all angles.

Was wondering what we can expect on Saturday against Tampa Bay. You expecting to see some of this pressure or you think we will go vanilla?

No, we hadn't gone vanilla in the preseason since Sparano has been here. Gotta get some reps in the new D!

anlgp - yeah man, I believe this will only help our offense having to match up with Nolan's D!

no idea what the guy means with "jets are not the only one to get to the QB", they had 12 fewer sacks than miami last year no constant pass rush guy who you would have to prepare for

That is true as far as it goes, the key to the Jest defense wasn't sacks, it was pressures, they had 50 more Qb pressures than we had in 09 and that is as important as sacks in terms of a matrix of how well the Defense is doing it's job getting after the Qb.

With Nolan, we will up the Qb pressures, but at the cost of giving up extra yds in the run defense and giving up long plays.
