I would. Change the whole damn thing around. That does mean something though, instilling pride and the pursuit of it. Its been done before, its an old school reward so to speak, but it does work.
No, not authorized for game use. More of a motivational tool for the offense and defense to compete for the rights too wear during practice.

You completely missed the point. While you may personally hate it, you're completely wrong it being both stupid and pointless. Anything that helps keep these guys motivated, excited, and competing is a very good thing. It's not a game jersey in any event.

What motivates these type of guys is always being the Alpha male. Letting the Alpha males where something different will always motivate the other guys to get on top. If not, they will have to find another team.

I like the black unis as a reward. However Glanville changed the actual game day uniforms to black for the Falcons back in the day. Didn't turn out so well...of course his pregame meal was Coca-Cola and snickers. BTW-looks like Ajayi is wearing his old college number 23.
This guy, I tell ya, he could be the one man.. Im really excited for sunday, no way im gonna sleep, this guy has me thinking where im trying to find weakness and I cant find it, im trying to decipher myself and seperate any built in homerism, but I cant help but remember the impact and seed he planted when he first came across the screen, some of us were like, ''who the fu## is that guy, some of us said we could see total head coaching potential in him... Im just really excited because I think his style has been what this franchise playing in this town and stadium has needed.

This may be unrelated... or it may not be... But this past weekend I went to IN N' Out burger and I always buy a t-shirt when I go (which is about twice a year). Well, the t-shirt is always white. Except this weekend, it was BLACK. True story. #coincidence?

Again - the black practice jerseys are "trophies". These guys are competitors and recognizing them publicly with something new and different and setting them apart feeds the rivalry and keeps them jacked up, which should translate into them studying more on their own, focusing more while competing, and playing harder in practice and games. Nothing to get upset over here.
I don't know what's not to like. They come into work, see the other guys with the black jerseys on, and they know, those guys beat us. They want the jerseys. They work hard to get that jersey back...get their pride back. The guys with the jerseys don't want to give them up. They work hard to keep them. What's not to like?
I work at a refinery...the "coker rats" guy that work in the petroleum coker have black hardhats and the rest of the refinery has white hardhats.... guess how many operators are mad they cant get the black hardhats ?? all of the them.
Not true, Bpk. They have been black at the Redondo Beach location for at least the last 2 years. I go to In-N-Out Burger about 4 times a year and I live on the East Coast. #FatKid.
