http://tvline.com/2014/05/24/daredevil-steven-s-deknight-showrunner-marvel-netflix-series/ This is interesting:
It's amazing just how far Joss Whedon's tree of writers/producers has stretched. Hard to find a genre show without that Joss connection.
I don't know whether there will be any overt tie-in to the Avengers/SHIELD tree. But with Whedon involved, even to just a small extent, bet that if there is a way to bring a Defenders/Avengers project home, it'll happen.
I wonder if these Netflix shows will later be available to those who don't use the service, either in syndication or Blueray. I'm interested in them.
Their shows are available on blu ray. OT, but House of Cards S1 is just $20 if you have Amazon Prime, in case you haven't seen it yet.
Daredevil is a cool character, the movie was garbage but if they got someone good to write the series it could be really good. Netflix should do a Punisher series, that could be amazing if the right people do it.
Netflix's Daredevil Series Casts Vincent D'Onofrio in Villainous Role http://tvline.com/2014/06/10/marvels-daredevil-casts-kingpin-vincent-donofrio/
I like D'onfofrio he's a great actor. I'm confused are luke cage and iron fist going to do one show as heroes for hire?
