NCAA must address end zone saftey?

    Why were those carts even there? That sucks for the Houston WR. (a better pass prevents that injury too btw).

    But give me a break on the first one by the cincy WR. Protecting the players NCAA should do, but the fans sit there ate their own risk. Tons of people would love to be that close to the action.

    I believe I read the Marshall athletic department told the band they could park their **** there.

    Very true but that could have injured the WR also flipping over the barrier.

    That Cincy incident was EXTREMELY classy. They were showing that on ESPN last night. The kid that got taken out got a hug from the Cincy WR and became an instant celebrity with his PEEPS. He spent the next 10 minutes signing autographs :lol:

    EDIT: The end of that clip shows Gilyard concerned, taking off his helmet and reaching out to the kid. Might be one of the best things I have seen in sports in quite some time :up:

    Its nice to see such a class act in football.

    That being said, the NCAA needs to do something about endzone safety.
