2k has been way better, but Live seems to making a step to at least becoming decent. Smh @ this not being on PSN. What the hell?
EA has no idea how to program for the PS3. Just, absolutely none. I'm STILL angry about Madden 09 being 720p-only on the PS3. What in the hell, EA? Hideo Kojima figured this thing out, why can't you?
Only reason I bought sports games for 360 only. Comparing Hideo Kojima and EA is like comparing a Bentley to a Hyundai.
You beat me to it. Actually a Madden 08 demo didn't come to PSN but the stange thing is that Live 07 or 08 one is on PSN (it had Gilbert Arenas as the cover guy). So this is perplexing to me as it seems they could have made another. It has to be EA's laziness.
Friend of mine (Live fanboy who made the 2k jump for next-gen; same as me) said the game play is far more fluid, but still MAJOR notches behind NBA 2k8. With that said, NBA 2k9 will probably be superior without question. No surprise there. I wish we could take Live's features and 2k's game play and make one great game. Oh well.
Just give EA time and they'll buy out 2K and do that (well actually they would buy them out and still put out the same crap game ).
did anyone here actually download the demo? or just share your opinions on the past games, and EA? Im not a basketball fan at all, but i did download the demo for this. I just started in it, and I was greeted with an intro video explaining nba live 365, apparently one of the new features of the game, it will update rosters and player tendencies daily. So players with real life hot and cold streaks will change through the game as they do in real life, as will ratings... that seems like a pretty awesome feature to have in a sports game to me. I think the graphics look nice, game play... I can't really comment on it as ive never really played an nba game, except for maybe 06 for a brief time... I love that 365 feature though, id love to see them bring that into all their sports games.
