I agree, but the important thing to remember is F California. F it with Idaho.
Im scared to walk down the street with an ice cream cone nowadays out of fear cops will shoot me down because I possess a "deadly force".
I like Northern California.
Idaho sucks ***.
Easy with the hyperbole.
LOL it's true. I had a cop pull a gun out on me a couple years ago because I was walking home from a friends house at 12:30 midnight, minding my own business and a cop pulls a gun out on me, I was in fear for my life, not harming anyone, not robbing anyone, not carrying or dealing drugs/weapons, just walking back from a friends house who lived close by. I had a work bag with me that I would bring to work and he ripped it off my back and searched it HOPING he would find something to charge me with, he also ripped an open bag of sunflower seeds out of my pocket in my hoody thinking it was drugs, a lot of cops no longer PROTECT AND SERVE, they like to play SuperCop/Call Of Duty. True Story. Learn. (I'm an MOS 19D in the Army and my father is a retired cop from one of the worst cities in America, Camden, NJ)
Cite me one case.
So...one story that happened to you one time equals 'all cops all the time', and you're telling me to learn? Cool story bro...now let me tell you why this may have happened to you:
A nosy neighbor may have called you in as suspicious.
There may have been a report of a robbery in the area and you seemed out of place
You just seemed out of place.
But based off a weapon being on you...I would lean toward option #2.
Perhaps you should learn
Thanks for your service, but how does that apply to this story?
Theres a ton of incompetent cops in this world. I asked the cop what his reasoning was for stopping and searching me and he had no answer except telling me to shutup and let him do his job. He wanted to shoot me or at the very least, find something to charge me with.
Also, im a US citizen, how the **** does a cop jump out of his car and just pull his gun on me, I had nothing in my hands and they were in the air as soon as he drew his gun on me. I find myself asking what has cops become because of incidents like this and what I see on the news.
Another story, my older brother was in South Philly grabbing a cheesesteak at World Famous Geno Steaks and two cops on bicycles ran their bikes into my brother and against the wall because they claimed my brother gave them a 'dirty look'. Cops power trip too much. Theres a lot of good ones and there is a lot of incompetent savage power hungry bafoons.
I have no sympathy for these people. Screw with cops and you get what you deserve. Natural selection.
Oh I hear ya. My two years there were incredible. The hiking alone is worth loving over there. My only aligence to eastern Washington is this is where I was born and raised. We do have things that the west side doesn't though. For instance, our summer water recreation destroys yours.
So whats the update
Cops acted justified, it was alwhite.
I was born north of there in tonasket!
